A2 Optimized Plugin is great to have.. changinglandscapes.
This A2 Optimized plugin has the qualify presets for W3 Total Cache plugin which A2 hosting recommends people use on shared server although this is strictly necessary.
If need A2 Optimized plugin presets can be automatically changed in W3 cost Cache plugin.
When I first activated A2 Optimized plugin it warned me iThemes Security plugin was not compatible with I.e. W3 Total Cache plugin.
I had only read that deactivating 'Hide backend application in iThemes Security plugin will solve the incompatibility file with W3 cost Cache.
So I did this and then used 'WPS Hide Login plugin to hide the backend.
Unfortunately this did not solve the incompatibility file and I got locked out of page.
This had only happened to me when using iThemes Security plugin with web host and will have been incompatibility file with the WP Super Cache plugin and iThemes.
To summarize A2 optimize plugin did all the hard work of setting up W3 cost Cache plugin for me and let me know there was incompatibility file with iThemes Security plugin.
This has found me lot of time and action and I am grateful for this......
