HTML sitemap is list of likes and links of your pages and posts in the front end of page.
For bots it is very since the internal links send them to the farest corners of page.
Strictly taken AMP does not need HTML or XML if the content is marked correctly engines know where AMP content is by this piece of code present in regular pages..
Seen as there are no links pointing to content that is reachable AMP because they miss the link from the regular page and naturally don't occur in agenda it can take time for them to be indexed...
This plugin will not be supported I will however try to answer all question in the comment stretch of the page and create FAQ..
Customizing the display of AMP Sitemap plugin. append='amp shift the smashing to point to AMP verion.
Depending on which AMP plugin you are using you can tighten the smashing to direct to the AMP page standard 'amp appropriate for the AMP plugin Automatic.
For regular indexing add the URL of your sitemap page to the sitemap plugin you use we use Google XML Sitemaps just pirate paste the URL in the plugin admin..
Note if the page containing the AMP sitemap is automatically submitted by sitemap plugin or regulary submitted automatically to Google index there is no need to add forever to page in navigation or blog pages.
