If your host has installed APC cache this plugin allows you to clear the cache from within WordPress.
Once activated, go to Tools -> APC Clear Cache to send the command to clear APC cache..
The plugin returns either 'Success or gives message if it's unable to run the command successfully..

How to install the plugin and get it working..
Upload the plugin files to the wp-content plugins directory.
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins WordPress.
Use Tools -> APC Clear Cache to clear APC cache...
Not all hosts will allow PHP commands that are necessary to clear APC cache.
