At the point where Google Map should be output, placeholder is loaded.
Thus, at best, blocks communication to Google servers before the user wishes to do so ..

Glad to see that someone is taking care of GDPR compliant use of Google Maps.
It's important to realise that this plug-in will work if you copy paste HTML code through the function of Google Maps.
It will not work if you integrate Google Map through theme module or plug-in on your site.
If you use one of these methods you have to rely on the theme plug-in developers to make their theme plug-in GDPR compliant..
As quick fix I'd love to have the opportunity to customise the message shown on the placeholder through the backend.
