If unknown piece of code is locate it is submitted to the directory for human validation..
View of the backoffice page of AWP Antivirus....
Upload AWP Antivirus plugin to Activate it enter API key..
If the code is unknown it will be rechecked human intervention...
If malware code is locate issues will either be free or edited if you have entered API key for page.
If it is new file that was created by the virus it will be free if it is only piece of code that was injected in present file the piece of code will be removed...
The version of this plugin is basically just placeholder or if you prefer marketing channel for the authors to get you to do paid upgrade.
I have problem with people making money but given this is WP.org plugins repo I'd have expected the plugin to do category more.....
