Allows users to add custom fields to the uploader and access these fields in template issues.
Next access the settings page Settings > Add Custom Fields to Media and create custom field for system uploads.. Unique ID The variable like for this item.
Once you've added custom field you can access it via the Media in WordPress or during Add Media process of uploading new item..
In all type the $unique field id is Unique ID you specified when creating the field..
The $attachment id is ID of the attachment itself not the post that you're working with..
To install the plugin please upload the folder to your plugins folder and active the plugin...
Note that I known Unique ID's credit name and credit url in this experience and am fetching the them based on ID returned for the Post feature image using get post thumbnail id $post-> ID...
