This plugin allows you to individualize your admin by adding your own logo to the header.
It also replaces WordPress logo on the login screen with the logo.
Upload the folder to the wp-content plugins directory..
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins in WordPress..
Go to Settings => Add Logo to Admin and set your application and add your logo....
