Advanced Custom Fields: Get nav menus

With Acf get menus you can get WordPress navigation menus by choosing.
Menus ACF when creating new field..
Then you will get all of your created WordPress menus as object that your can do whatever you like with..
Copy the folder into your wp-content plugins folder.
Activate Advanced Custom Fields Get nav menus plugin via the plugins admin page.
Create new field via ACF and select selectMenu type.
