This plugin does nothing center than to use the internal smuggle part of ACF to filter the data from main page.
After that all fieldgroups of your subpage will be free and re-imported.
So it's of hack than real sync..
This has the risk that ID of your posts shoots beautiful in length with frequent use.
But that doesn't I think...
Upload the whole acf-multisite-sync folder to the wp-content plugins directory..
Great saver for setting small multisite networks.....
