Upload the entire agentpress-listings folder to the wp-content plugins directory.
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins WordPress.
I just install the plugin but to activate, I have to install Genesis, another plugin.
Browse the code, check out SVN repository, or subscribe to the development log by RSS...

Add text as in the property search widget..
Move the comma to the proper place in Featured Listings..
Hook the function to after setup theme so filters in the theme will work..
