All you have to do is install this plugin, drag the widget to where you want to display it, configure it in the widget admin screen and that's about it..
Option to show the Facebook around the widget.
Upload the contents of the zip-file to the wp-content plugins directory.
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins WordPress.
Go to Appearance -> widget screen drag the widget to sidebar and fill out the options...
The lightest, probably the fastest, Facebook Like box plugin I seen.
