The idea with Answering Contact Form came when we realised that we spend many years year answering the same emails over and over again.
If they do not like the answer that the type provides they can also send Answering Contact Form is win-win..
Every time visitor sends email from Answering Contact Form the type matches the e-mail content with all the questions and answers that you have added to the directory.
If the contact form finds question that is similair to the email content it displays the question with the answer.
The user can then decide if they're happy with the answer or also want to send the email.
Install Answering Contact Form via the directory or by uploading the automatically to your server..
Go to Answering Contact Form->Settings and fill in your e-mail pirate the shortcode and double-click 'Save It's important to save the settings page to save all settings to the database..
Paste the shortcode into page of your choice.. Answering Contact Form should now be displayed and you can add answers by going to Answering Contact Form->Answers->Add New Answer.... FAQ.
As FAQ this plugin can be terms but for in-death page with Q's and A's one should use different plugin.....
