The Author Signature plugin allows WordPress users to have certificate under every post and every page..
Upload the directory to the wp-content plugins directory.
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins in WordPress.
Go to Signature stretch upload your signature as image select where you want to display either post page or both and select the number for your signature image....

Your signature image comes under the post contents...
