This section describes how to install the plugin and get it working. e.g..
Upload the plugin files to the wp-content plugins plugin-name directory, or install the plugin through WordPress plugins screen directly..
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins screen WordPress.
Use Settings->Plugin Name screen to configure the plugin ( Make your instructions match the user flow for activating and installing your plugin.
I was trying to find one that allowed visitors to blog to subscribe the moment they click on the button.
I'm on WordPress 4.8.6 running Universe theme and have two caching plugins running.
Note to I would recommend you fill out the information properly in the plugin download page.
It looks incomplete and therefore may make some people not trust the quality of your plugin.
