Keep the look of page professional... BasePress creates entry page for your customers where they can choose the product or service they need help with..
They will be taken to the knowledge base for their needs and all the page searches and suggestions will be related to what they are looking for..
This is Lite of Premium plugin we wanted to share with WordPress community..
Upload the plugin issues to the wp-content plugins plugin-name directory or install the plugin through WordPress plugins screen directly..
Go to BasePress->Settings-> General and select the page you just created 'Knowledge Base page.
You just need to enable the 'Single in the settings and it would work as KB..
You can override any of these files by creating folder in theme called 'basepress place inside folder with the name of the theme you want to modify and override any of the files from there respecting the directory names..
Remember to place 'Theme Name Your theme like at the starting of the css issue or BasePress won't reconize it..
KB just lives on WordPress site and I can well shift your forms to point to the HelpDesk..
