You will need Urban Airship order to be able to use this plugin.
The plugin features the ability to send push notifications for posts pages custom post types, and Dashboard widget..
Upload directory to the wp-content plugins directory.
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins WordPress.
Set application key and MASTER 'Settings -> 'Blimply Settings.
Keep in mind that tags names will be slugified when added to Urban Airship App.

Option to limit Dashboard Widget Push to certain amount of characters.
