Each post has H1 for the title and H2 for the publish date so those tags can be used for community of contents.

Changed the type and length of HR tag on Settings Info screen..
This will have not major effect of removing HREF link but those links will be saveed back to links when you import the HTML into the word processing program for further tweaking into book format...
This may cause duplicate pictures if you use gallery and non-gallery images in post.. changed the image categories from galleries to be the length of 300px according to Settings Media values.. removed some unneeded code..
Version 1.60 17 Jan 2018. added code to insure that all of the HTML tags have CSS books as defined in the type stretch added to the top of the language.
This will allow you to well style all categories when you add CSS to the default styles.
You can use favorite unzipping program to get the HTML file note that Windows may be able to uncompress the file without the use of additional programs..
So increased the timeout from default of 30 seconds to 5 minutes the process will probably never take that long and increased the memory to the process to 256M..
Version 1.20 11 Nov 2017. patched bug that will sometimes cause the output to need on the settings page more than showing Open Save Ad dialog box.
