This Widget is BMI Calculator form using JavaScript and PHP.
It's css is very simple, so you can change it to match your theme..
You can do this by editing the calculate bodymass css file in 'plugins body-mass-widget css.
Automatic installation log in to your WordPress dashboard, navigate to the Plugins menu and click Add New..
Then, go to plugins page of WordPress admin activate the plugin..
Now, go to Widgets page of Appearance section and configure Body Mass Widget...
Upload it to the folder of your blog..
Now, go to Widgets page of Appearance section and configure Body Mass Widget...
