The core of WordPress itself has the capacity so you can use the roof and topic in language than English.
Logged-in users can switch languages from the menu on the Admin Bar..
If Admin Bar is hidden you can also switch language on Profile page...
You will want to place switcher on site that allows visitors to switch languages they see on the site.
The method is using Language Switcher widget included in Bogo..
In Language Packs screen you can install and manage language packs....
Upload the whole bogo folder to the wp-content plugins directory..
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins in WordPress....
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins in WordPress......
