This simple plugin adds bootstrap panels to non bootstrap sites also.
No extra load on site, this is simplest plugin that will not effect your site's performance..
Just drag and drop where you want to create panels...
Go to plugins in your dashboard and select 'add new.
Search for 'Bootstrap Panels and install it.
Go to Appearance > Widgets, and drag the bootstrap panels widget to your desired widget.
Enter heading and content and choose style for panel, click save.
Yes of course, just drag and drop where you want to show the panels...
