What you do with those created post types is up to you.

View all the post types registered by WordPress.
Upload the plugin files to the wp-content plugins brainys-custom-post-types directory..
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins screen WordPress.
Navigate to Tools->Post Types to start using the plugin...
