This is simple plugin used to hide XProfile Field groups from different user types based on the role.
To hide field group, go to Users -> Conditional Groups in the wp-admin and check appropriate box in the grid...
Select the checkboxes to hide BuddyPress field groups with the user roles..
Field groups that are checked will not be shown for the role on the front end...
Upload the entire buddypress-conditional-field-groups directory to the wp-content plugins directory..
Activate BuddyPress Conditional Field Groups through 'Plugins WordPress...
It hides the profile fields on the frontend.
If User logs into the WP-Admin and edits their Extended User Profile, they can still access the these fields...
