Unzip the file into folder on your hard drive.
Upload the folder to the wp-content plugins folder on your site.
Single-site BuddyPres go to Plugins menu and activate there..
For Multisite visit Network Admin -> Plugins and Network Activate it there...
This plugin needs no configuration. if need more sticker, you can go to cpanel and upload custom bp-sticker images sticons...
