Unzip the file into folder on your hard drive.
Upload the folder to the wp-content plugins folder on your site.
Single-site BuddyPres go to Plugins menu and activate there..
For Multisite visit Network Admin -> Plugins and Network Activate it there...
I wanted this as feature on my site and didn't think plugin would exist and here it is.
I hope the creator will keep up with updates on this.
