The available languages are taken from the theme and the wordpress installation..
Install 'User Language Switch plugin and follow the configuration steps available at http www webilop com products user-language-switch-wordpress-plugin.
Upload the folder to the wp-content plugins directory.
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins in WordPress.
Once you have activated the plugin, you will in your member page in the frontend, tab called.
Click on the tab and select the language you want to be displayed in the frontend and backend...
If the only you in the language optons is English, it's because you don't have any other language in your wordpress installation in your theme..
