Added Screen application to set number in backend user rating logs and avg rating logs. backend user rating logs and avg rating logs sorting in right way..
Removed feature which user groups rating will be usenet as it was only implemented but was added in form setting.
Meta key for avg rating for any form id for custom query to sort by meta key. = 3.4.4.
