CF7 Advance Security you must have need to install contact form 7 on your website..
Math Captcha option for add to email double confirmation.
Upload the folder to the wp-content plugins directory..
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins WordPress...
Settings CF7 Advacne Security and configure the plugin settings..
You can add email double option on any form, just add email shortcode fields with same email field name, need add confirm- as prefix of new email fields.
EXAMPLE this is your email address fields shortcode so now for implement double confirmaion email you will need to create email field.
You can see here that origonal email field name is your-email and after add confirm- as prefix of this field will make double email and name will be confirm-your-email.
