This plugins adds CLEditor to comments area, making it easier to style your comments.

Upload plugin folder to the wp-content plugins directory, make sure to keep all files in plugins folder so you end up with wp-content plugins cleditor-for-wordpress..
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins WordPress.
After activation you should see CLEditor near the comments field...
