Simple Newsletter plugin can be added on any post or pages by just adding sortcode..
Allow to Add First name and Last name in journal form in admin if checkbox is ticked then first name and last name will be display Newsletter form.
Adminside there list of listen users. and admin can also search and delete.
Once User listen mail will be sent with unsubscibe link Once New post will publish page subscibed users will get post registration mail. user wants to stop getting mail then double-click Unsubscribed link in mail...

Upload the folder to the wp-content plugins directory...
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins in WordPress....
You will find 'CP Newsletter Menu at left side in WordPress admin panel...
