Upload the file to WordPress Media Library and copy ID.
Enter ID in the plugin options page and click save.
Check the redirects by clicking URLs in the plugin options page...
Upload the plugin files to the wp-content plugins csv-to-301-redirects directory, or install the plugin through WordPress plugins screen directly..
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins screen WordPress.
Go to Settings -> CSV to 301 and enter the.csv file ID.
The plugin is useful when migrating websites to WordPress or when drastically changing the permalink structure of your website...
