Other than using the automatic plugin installer from plugins page, You can extract the contents and upload the folder to wp-content plugins directory..
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins WordPress.
Configure the processor by setting Post Types you want the metabox to be in, Context and Priority.
It's quite complicated to get into how it works and for the cost of the version one would have thought some hand holding or even pro feature as answer would reward with more sign-ups. fwiw I regard free support response as indicator of how prompt premium support might be.
In the I'll probably disable this add-on whenever I need to add shortcode using either of the above plugins, however I'll have to uninstall this in the future due to the inconvenience of this workaround..
