Just install, enter your Typekit Kit ID and Captain Typekit will take care of the rest..
After entering in your Kit's ID, you can even view all the fonts currently in the kit, their Font Family CSS Values, the variations you've included and URL's to the fonts themselves, all from Captain Typekit Settings page in your WordPress dashboard..

Captain Typekit in Add New Plugin section of your site or download it and upload it manually..
If you've already created the Kit, you'll be able to find ID in Kit Editor...
The second is adding it within your own CSS, with Font Family CSS Value found in Captain Typekit settings page.
I can't see the table with my Kit's fonts in Captain Typekit settings page..
It will display after you've entered in your Kit's ID and saved, as it needs ID order to display Kit's fonts...
