Here goes the step Guide to Install WB Carousel plugin.
Owl Carousel post type will show POSTS with its eagles icon..
Install Plugin using Upload Method in WordPress Admin Panel.
In Admin go to menu Plugins > Add New. double-click on the Upload Tab.
Go to WordPress > Plugins & Activate WB Carousel plugin.
