I rarely, if ever write review on plugins but I have to warn people about this one considering how much they charge for it.
Mind you, the demo was on test site and didn't have anything set up in it so I wasn't aware of what would REALLY happen on the actual import..
I decide to go ahead and do the actual import.
If you don't launch REAL import after the demo, it'll take you in circles back to the payment page even.
I could never get back to where I could launch it using the in the account.
I had to get someone to start it for me via chat.
I knew it was cop out excuse anyway but they refused to continue until it was done.
At that point, I had no intention of trying it again and had to go back and forth trying to get my money back.
I refuse and point out how much I've had to spend on chat, restoring things to the site, etc and they finally offer 50% back.
I refuse again, about to do chargeback but figure they're just going to tell CC company about TOS so I come back with 75%.
