Activate the plugin through 'Plugins menu in WordPress.
Go to WP-admin ->Settings menu new.
Go to WP-admin ->Settings ->Taxonomy Image displayed in the list form where you can select the taxonomies you want to include it in WP Custom Taxonomy Image..
