Upload the folder to the wp-content plugins directory.
Activate the Cite plugin from WordPress 'Plugins dashboard..
Configure the plugin by going to the Cite tab that seems in your admin menu..
Cite plugin is made for students or other people that publish scientific page using WordPress.
The plugin has some basic movie which will work for more users but if you want to customise it further you can do that well via CSS...
In world it would know how to handle champions that only have quotation marks in them.
