Download and extract plugin files to wp-content plugin directory or just click Install Now WordPress plugin page..
Go to menu > Mobile Browser Address Bar Color..
If still not working, just open topic on the plugin support forum...
As long as themes don't incorporate this extra feature this plugin will serve as quick fix for that...
