Set columns, make them sortable and add filter dropdown.
Add filters, select or multi-select, to easily see your desired posts.
Upload the plugin files to the wp-content plugins directory, or install the plugin through WordPress plugins screen directly..
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins screen WordPress.
Use the Settings-> ColumnPro settings screen to add columns...
ColumnPro works on the backend and will not affect you site performance.
However if you have number of posts and post types, or data or taxonomy with lot of values or terms, the cache will improve you admin performance and bring back the list pages faster.
You can set 'show admin column to in register taxonomy.
But if you want to use taxonomy of plugin or you want to sort or filter on the taxonomy or you just aren't developer set column via the plugin...
