Adds hierarchy to the edit comment screen to re-thread comments due to error.
Sometimes users reply to comment, but don't click the button and leave it as stand alone comment.
This allows the site admin to go and re-thread that comment where it belongs...

Upload comment-hierarchy-adjust to the wp-content plugins directory..
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins WordPress..
Navigate to comment you want to adjust.
Sometimes commenters reply to comment but do not thread their comment.
