This plugin helps address these issues by providing sellers input form to list their address and items being sold and providing buyers Google Map and searchable filterable table of sale listings..
The plugin gives you two short codes one that places form on page for people to add listing, second to display the listing.
Go to Settings page and it will walk through creating the short codes...
But you can use WordPress option to require password on the page on.
Was not able to contact the author through means shown on the contact page so hopefully he will see this and offer help.
The Plugin works fine but now since Google has changed it's map policy you need API key to use maps on site.
So until there is update, downloading this plugin will be waste of your time unless you want to forgo the functionality.
BTW- The plugin is installed on domain created prior to 06 22 2016 Google doomsday date to kill your maps and it works fine because API is grandfathered in but if you have domain, your maps won't work in this plugin...
Currently the only way Administrator can edit the listings is by editing WP Database directly.
