This plugin collapses and reduces the height of category and taxonomy panels in WordPress admin..
This plugin just adds couple of styles to your admin to override this and collapse that space..
I created initial patch for this which, with contributions from other WordPress developers, was included WordPress 3.5.
Upload or install the plugin through your WordPress admin..
Activate the plugin via 'Plugins admin menu..
