Name Field, Email Field, Subject Field, Message Field optionally Upload File Field When the owner allow the upload field, uploading file is required..
Name > Only letters, Maximum 50 characters, Required.
Email > Standart Email Validation, Maximum 50 characters, Required.
Subject > Maximum 50 characters, Required, Required.
Message > Maximum 1000 characters, Required.
Upload File > Maximum upload size -2MB, Allowed formats pdf., doc., docx., gif., jpeg., jpg., png., txt., Required.
Upload the plugin files to the wp-content plugins directory, or install the plugin through WordPress plugins screen directly..
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins screen WordPress.
Use the Settings-> Contact Me screen to configure the upload option...
