Activate the plugin through 'Plugins WordPress..
If downloaded as zip archive, extract the Plugin folder to your desktop..
With your FTP program, upload the Plugin to the wp-content plugins in your WordPress directory online..
Go to Plugins screen and find Content Expire Scheduler Plugin in the list..
'Screen Options pull down tab is located in the upper right corner of your Dashboard...
The plugin does work great, but it also added expired before all the menu items. how can I fix this...
I have been scratching my mind to find the solution for my client until I stumbled upon this simple plugin that does as mentioned in the documentation.
I will have to continue my search for another post expiration plugin, unless the author can help me..

Bug fixed random pages and posts with the Expiration date set to.
