Cookie Bar plugin creates bar at the bottom of the website with short message about cookies and accept button.
Add the plugin by uploading the zip file or by installing it from WordPress Plugin directory..
Activate the plugin and go to the Universal Cookie Bar..
Having tried Cookie Bar plugin once, I use it on all my WP-powered websites.
Works as intended and is the least intrusive if you are not fan of massive animated lightbox style overlays.
CSS is being cached once activating the plugin.
Any modification to CSS file won't be reflect on the site until after Deactivation Re-activation of the plugin.
There are no layout options, would be idea to allow customization like placement, button size and placement, color and transparency.
