By help registration in Cookie Confirm allows you to give your users the application to accept cookies on WordPress site..
When visitor browses to page with Cookie Confirm plugin installed for the time they are shown categories asking for need to cookies.
The banner explains which cookies the page intends to set and gives the messenger the application to need or to deny each type of cookie.
As well as being able to consent to cookies for the website they visited the categories allows the messenger to consent to cookies for all websites.
Each time visitor browses to page with Cookie Confirm plugin installed the plugin rechecks to see if they have set preferences for all sites.
If so it doesn't need to show the categories and the page already knows.
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins in WordPress.
