Show floating box on every page that make visitors required to choose qookie level.
After choosing and approves level the information is logged in the directory on installing table will be created on uninstalling this table will be removed..

Upload the folder to the wp-content plugins directory.
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins in WordPress.
Click on the item thats was added and turn it on.
Change the settings on the settings page...
