You need to click on cookies manager link in the bootom of the page to open cookies manager pop-up..
It allows users to set cookies or get cookies from web site by clicking on 'Set Cookie for set cookies and 'Get Cookie for get cookies..
Visit Plugins > Add New and search for ' Cookies Manager 2.
Once installed, activate and it's functional..
Download the plugin, then extract it 2.
