Put shortcode on your page or post and show your custom alerts like on front-end as on different style..
You can manage your custom alert through categories also you can manage your custom category for your site..
Shortcode Details If you want to show one alert then you have to put this shortcode with created ID column.
If you want to show notification according to category then you have put catid instead of id on.
Upload the plugin files to the wp-content plugins plugin-name directory, or install the plugin through WordPress plugins screen directly..
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins screen WordPress.
Then you can see Admin Left Menu as Custom Alert Manager ( Make your instructions match the user flow for activating and installing your plugin.
If you want show alert on any form submit or you can show it anywhere where you like...
After intsallation you can see on left side menu section where you have to click the menu and list would be shown and on top button there now you have to click on this show setting window...
