This tiny plugin modifies Custom CSS functionality introduced in WordPress 4.7..
By default, any CSS written in Customizer is printed to the head of the page.
The plugin changes it to load CSS from somewhat virtual file, using custom rewrite rule.
The contents of the stylesheet will be cached..
Upload the folder to the wp-content plugins directory or download it through the WordPress backend..
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins WordPress...
