I have deleted the plugin and will tell others not to bother if you do this kind of dodgy stuff.
There are many plugins that do this for free, or even better, you can just edit and upload your own css files to the site.
This app allows you to add 1 piece of code, for instance..class { #FFFFFF } after.
It does the job, and I like the idea that you can add JS not just CSS..
But if you want to add custom CSS to your theme, there are more obvious choices of plugin than this...
